My passion in therapy is to partner with my clients to create a trusting relationship that can foster healing, personal growth, and positive life change. I approach therapy from a relational model allowing the counseling relationship to be a healing vessel for the therapeutic process.

My Therapeutic Approach

My goal in counseling is to facilitate a supportive and nurturing process which allows you to grow and heal within a safe relationship while also being challenged in meaningful ways. I believe in creating a healing relationship and taking a collaborative approach in therapy so that together we find a path for your healing. I provide my clients with resources and tools to utilize and practice between each appointment so the therapeutic process extends beyond your individual counseling sessions. 


My treatment modality influences and therapeutic approaches include DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Hypnotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, Client Centered Therapy, Positive Psychology, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness, Insight Oriented Therapy, as well as trauma-informed and somatic/body-based therapies.

Who I Work With

I offer individual and relationship counseling to adults and am accepting new clients at this time who reside in Washington State. 


All sessions are held virtually through telemedicine (video) and telephone. I use confidential, HIPAA-compliant video software for online sessions. Sessions can easily be accessed through phones, tablets, and computers. 


I currently do not accept insurance but I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company who may be able to reimburse you for your counseling sessions. I am happy to discuss this option with you further during a free consultation.

The first step is to contact me and schedule a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your goals for counseling and any questions that you may have. This is an important first step before deciding to work together. 


The consultation gives you a chance to learn about my services and what you can expect from therapy with me. I will also learn about what you are looking for from counseling and determine if I am the best counselor to support your needs.

Group Counseling

Emotional Balance Group

This group is designed to support healthy emotional regulation and increased awareness of your triggers and their impacts to your mental and emotional well-being. In a small group setting, you will learns ways to increase the space between a triggering event and your reaction by developing tools and your awareness to make healthier choices to support healthy emotional responses. Mindfulness and experiential resources are foundational to this group.
